We retain your account and data only as long as your subscription is active or as required by law.
If you cancel your subscription, your data may be retained for up to 90 days for recovery purposes before being permanently deleted.

The platform allows you to export your data in Excel format directly from each relevant section (such as billing, inventory, or appointments).
For security and privacy reasons, Billrest Technologies does not process manual data export or sharing requests outside the platform.
All data access must be performed by the authorized account holder through the in-app export feature.
You may, however, contact our support team for assistance in using the export tools or understanding your stored data.
8. Communication
By using our platform, you consent to receiving essential updates and notifications via email, WhatsApp, or SMS regarding your account and service activity.
You can opt out of marketing messages anytime.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally to reflect product or legal changes.
The updated policy will always be available on our website, and continued use of the service implies your acceptance of the revised terms.
