This Payment & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all payments, subscriptions, and renewals for Billrest Health and Billrest General, products owned and operated by Billrest Technologies (“Billrest,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By subscribing to or using any Billrest product, you (“User,” “Customer,” or “Client”) agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Payment Terms
- All Billrest subscription plans are prepaid and require full payment before activation.
- Payments can be made securely through Razorpay or any authorized channel provided by Billrest Technologies.
- Upon successful payment, plan activation occurs instantly.
- In the unlikely event of a system delay or payment verification issue, users may contact our support team for prompt assistance.
- Each plan remains active for the duration selected (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or annual), depending on the product chosen.
- Users are responsible for reviewing their plan details before confirming the payment.
2. Invoicing
- An official invoice is generated for every successful payment and is available after verification by our billing team.
- Invoices contain complete transaction details, including business name, plan, payment reference, and applicable taxes (if any).
- Users can request a digital copy of their invoice at any time by contacting Billrest Support.
3. Activation & Service Delivery
- Plan activation is processed immediately after successful payment confirmation.
- Users receive access to their selected features and modules as per their subscribed plan.
- Any activation-related issue must be reported within 24 hours of purchase for prompt resolution.
- Billrest is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment details, banking issues, or third-party gateway errors.
4. Renewals & Expiry
- Billrest subscriptions do not auto-renew by default.
- Users receive reminders near plan expiry to renew manually.
- Renewals can be completed through Billrest’s platform or via official payment channels.
- Failure to renew on time may result in temporary suspension of services.
- Data remains securely stored for up to 90 days post-expiry, allowing users to renew without losing access.
5. No Trial Policy
- Billrest does not offer free trials or demo accounts for its products.
- Prospective users are encouraged to review product walkthroughs, demos, and feature listings before purchase.
6. No Refund Policy
All payments made to Billrest Technologies are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind or dissatisfaction after activation.
- Non-usage or delayed use of services.
- Incorrect plan or duration selection.
- Business closure, staff turnover, or operational changes.
- Internet or device incompatibility issues on the user’s end.
Once a plan is activated, it will remain active for the entire term purchased.
Users may choose not to renew upon expiry, but no refund or partial refund will be issued.
7. Exceptional Refund Cases
Refunds are considered only in the following verified cases:
- Duplicate payment for the same plan.
- Technical payment error where the amount was debited but activation did not occur.
- Failed transactions confirmed by Razorpay or banking partners.
Refund Process:
- The issue must be reported within 5 business days of payment.
- Proof of transaction (ID, screenshot, or reference number) must be provided.
- Upon verification, the refund will be issued within 7–10 business days to the original payment source.
8. Pricing, Taxes & Plan Modifications
- Prices displayed on the Billrest website or official communication channels are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
- Billrest reserves the right to modify its pricing, introduce new plans, or adjust features at any time.
- Any changes will not affect active users until their current subscription period ends.
- Updated pricing will apply upon the next renewal or upgrade.
9. Payment Security
- All payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS-compliant and industry-trusted payment gateway.
- Billrest Technologies does not store, process, or have access to full payment credentials (such as card or UPI details).
- All transactions are encrypted using modern security protocols to ensure safe data handling.
10. Failed or Delayed Payments
- If a payment is deducted but the plan remains inactive, users should contact Billrest Support immediately with transaction details.
- Most such issues are resolved within 24 hours after verification with the payment gateway.
- Billrest is not liable for delays caused by user error, network issues, or third-party processing failures.
11. Data Continuity Post Expiry
- Upon plan expiry, users retain limited access to their account data.
- Data remains securely stored for up to 90 days after expiry to allow renewal without loss.
- After the retention period, data may be permanently deleted from our servers in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Acknowledgment
By completing a payment or activating a subscription, users confirm that they:
- Have read and understood this Payment & Refund Policy.
- Agree that all payments are final and non-refundable.
- Are responsible for verifying plan details before purchase.
- Will contact Billrest Support promptly in case of payment or activation issues.
